At Talivest, we’re using groundbreaking People Analytics Technology to give organisations the data to drive workforce decisions around Employee Experience.

Our Machine Learning models successfully enable organisations to:

  • Improve employee engagement
  • Retain top talent AND
  • Reduce employee turnover
What is Machine Learning?

“Machine Learning” (ML) is used by computer systems to “effectively perform a specific task without using explicit instructions, relying on patterns and inference instead.” (Wikipedia). It’s a subset of Artificial Intelligence.

So how does Machine Learning work in HR and People Analytics? Here’s an example. Let’s say that you’ve got a set of data from your employees that they shared in Exit, Stay and Engagement Surveys.

Now, imagine if you could combine this data and understand not just why people are leaving your company, but what triggers a leaver. Machine Learning applied to the backend of these surveys can “learn” what would cause people to leave and as a result, can predict employee turnover – even down to a specific business unit.

Whether you’re a HR professional or part of the leadership team, automated predictive analytics saves on employee turnover costs AND gives you the insights that you need to improve your employee experience.  This next-gen technology uses big data to help you drive decision-making and get ahead of your competitors.
