Who you are

You have a huge interest in joining a small and growing team, looking to be one of the first to pave the way for future SDRs. Experience should be in the 1-3 year range, with an interest in getting into sales. You’re naturally curious and have a strong desire to learn about the sales process, the people & companies you’re prospecting and the Talivest business and products. Challenges are something you embrace, and you’re not scared to ask questions internally and externally. You want to be a part of something unique and special, knowing that it’s going to be a grind where success will be dependant on the effort you give. Most importantly, you want to learn about what you’re capable of, learn to become the best SDR & eventual sales executive and to be a part of a company looking to change the way companies stay connected with their current & former employees.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage and qualify inbound & outbound leads for Account Executives.
  • You will need to research new companies and approach them through a targeted selling strategy.
  • InMails, calling and emailing are all things you smile at because you know that your effort is the catalyst for our potential customers.
  • You’ll have full support in learning how to master each one effectively through new hire training and continuing education.
  • Representing Talivest to Global companies in all verticals is a big opportunity, and you’ll get the chance to learn about the different challenges they face across the employee lifecycle, all the while being the first person they speak to from Talivest.

Experience

  • Required​ ​experience 1-3 years of professional experience, with an emphasis on sales Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Drive. BA / BS in a related field
