We are seeking an exceptional Account Executive who will play a critical role in growing our business on a global scale.  You are passionate about joining a fast-growing technology startup who are disrupting the way organizations connect with the workforce of today and tomorrow.  The idea of your role having a massive impact on the company’s growth is something that excites and motivates you!

The Role

  • Identify new prospects and business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, industry events, LinkedIn, and sales research
  • You will run a full-cycle sales role with responsibility for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customer deals
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools
  • Create and deliver customized sales presentations and high-impact demonstrations via Skype / Hangouts / Clearslide
  • Prepare, present and clarify proposals, quotations and all related sales documentation for prospects and customers
  • Achieve and overachieve on sales and revenue targets
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
  • Be proactive about solving problems inside and outside your remit

Experience

  • A natural leader and self starter, a highly ambitious candidate with a strong work ethic
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 – 5 years of strong full-cycle sales experience
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office, Google Apps & Salesforce.com
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
  • A self-starter with an ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to develop new strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail
